Material and Producton Planner
RiverSide Electronics is actively seeking a team-oriented and highly motivated individual to work in Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Review Customer Schedules and Purchase Orders
- Correspond with Customers regarding scheduling issues
- Create and maintain jobs on Production floor using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Review material status and communicate issues to Purchasing, Program Management, and Customers
- Work obsolete and excess inventory issues with Program Manager
Qualifications:
- 2 or 4 year degree desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer contact experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, ERP/MRP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Pays great attention to detail
